OpenCloudOS sig-release的主要职责是在社区协调各SIG，完成OpenCloudOS社区版本的发布工作。主要职责如下：
A. 负责OpenCloudOS版本规划，发行时间表与生命明周期管理，支撑社区版本的发布过程；
B. 协调OpenCloudOS项目的交付过程，跟踪开发和测试状态，参与内核、安全、测试等相关SIG和发布相关等会议；
C. 制定与维护OpenCloudOS社区软打包规范，维护软件包列表，预审软件包进入社区发布版本的申请；
D. 建设与维护OpenCloudOS发布用基础设施，包括构建系统，软件源，bugzilla等；
E. 维护OpenCloudOS软件包，发布与更新ISO与虚拟机镜像，容器镜像等；
F. 处理来自社区用户的OpenCloudOS相关问题单；
