OpenCloudOS项目的健康运行离不开一系列IT基础设施的支持。这些支持既包括代码研发、打包、发行等方面的支持，也包括在文化、社区等方面的支持。基础设施组（基础设施SIG）职责范围就是为提供这些支持采购、建设、维护、管理相应的IT系统。OpenCloudOS社区的其它SIG，由于自身需要也可能建设自己某些IT系统。当这些系统进入稳定运行后，也可交由基础设施SIG进行统一管理和运维。
